Hi, I’m Mia—a designer, art director, and dedicated yoga teacher based in Germany.

My yoga journey began in 2016 while working as a scene designer for a theater group. However, it was during the challenges of the 2020 pandemic in Milan that yoga became a true source of healing for me. It provided balance, strength, and clarity at a time when I needed it most, deepening my passion for the practice and its transformative power.

In 2022, I embraced Ashtanga yoga as part of my daily routine, practicing both at home and in nature. This journey has helped me cultivate a sense of lightness, vitality, and inner peace—something I now love sharing with others. Through personalized yoga sessions, whether one-on-one or in groups, I guide individuals toward greater well-being by integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic wellness practices.

Additionally, I offer guidance on daily habits and nutrition, inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, an ancient healing system that promotes balance between body and mind. My goal is to help you feel healthier, more confident, and deeply connected to yourself—so you can live a more fulfilling and harmonious life.
